The proper use of AI in marketing is hotly debated. Both an asset and a potential threat to the livelihoods of many, this technology garners both excitement and intense skepticism. We believe AI is not a replacement for people but a powerful tool to amplify their abilities.

Our team at MDRN Media has been exploring and utilizing artificial intelligence for a long time. Our small but mighty team already had chops to outperform bigger competitors but the tools we’re developing and utilizing have pushed our productivity to new heights.

Marketing is still about reaching people who are emotional biological machines and not stale silicon. Those who work with us will never hear our team hype these tools for their own sake. We avoid shiny objects that don’t have purpose. We are not in the lucrative business of selling solutions to our partners they don’t need. Likewise you won’t see us shying away from using new technology either. For us it is a balance and we will continue with this approach well into the future.

Not Exactly New For Us

Machine learning, advanced algorithms, big data have all been a mainstay in marketing for a long time now. Well before ChatGPT our team has been keenly aware of and has been playing with tools that are still new to many.

Content Creation

While MDRN Media is not a creative agency, we are taking a very keen interest in the many tools being used for image, video and audio generation. It is our belief that AI will become a dominant force in generating content for ads, organic social media and other new forms of marketing. We have created our own editorial studio where we are experimenting with tools and building out processes.

Research & Writing

We use various large language models to conduct extensive research that help us build strategy and plan campaigns. The data they give us is sourced and verified and it is used in conjunction with many other data sources.

Analytics & Operations

We’ve been exploring and building systems to provide real-time analysis of campaigns as well as artificial intelligence infused data pipelines and workflows for automation.
